If a patient who is currently in the office ask to be removed from receiving text or email communication; you can remove them from the communication list by following the below steps:
1. Locate the current Patient checked in to YAPI.
2. Right-click on the Patient.
3. Select Communicate.
4. Select Set Communication Options.
5. Uncheck the patient from the communication options they wish to be removed from.
The patient will no longer receive a text or Email for the unchecked option.
