Merge Tags are simple codes you can place in a form or template to auto-populate patient and practice information. These tags allow you to automatically personalize your emails, texts, postcards, and forms.

Below you'll find a list of merge tags you can use in email templates, depending on how you plan to use the template. (Merge tags are different for automated reminders, mail blasts, and manually sent individual emails).  For more information about how to add them, see Personalizing Forms with Merge Tags.

Note: YAPI does NOT support merge tags for templates created and sent from the Practice Online Portal (POP).
