Enabling Recalls to View Your Recall Reports
To view your Recall Reports, recalls must be enabled for your practice:
-
If your practice has never set up Recall Reminders before: Follow the steps in Setting Up Recall Reminders to configure and enable your Recall Reminders. Then, you'll be able to open and view your Recall Due or Recall Past Due Reports.
-
If your practice set up Recall Reminders in the past but turned them off: Follow the steps in Enabling & Disabling Recall Reminders.
Warning! Once you enable Recall Reminders, these reminders will start sending to patients the morning after Yapi's next housekeeping (which usually happens overnight). If you only want to view your Recall Reports but aren't ready to use your Recall Reminders yet, follow the steps in Enabling & Disabling Recall Reminders to disable your recalls before Yapi's next housekeeping runs.
