Troubleshooting: Pending Autofiling Problem for Fast Import (Open Dental Users)
If your practice is set up to use Fast Import for auto-filing patient forms and you see a "Pending Autofiling Problem" error when hovering over a patient's status indicator , follow the steps below to troubleshoot.
Note: This error only occurs for Open Dental users.

Troubleshooting This Issue
This "Pending Autofiling Problem" issue appears when Fast Import isn't configured completely. To fix it, all you need to do is check a box within your Fast Import setup:

From the YAPI Dashboard, click Setup and Manage
and select Global Setup.

When prompted, enter your YAPI password and click OK.

In the Configuration window that pops up, click the Documents tab:

In the yellow Documents Rules section, select the OD: Quick Import checkbox:

Click Save, then OK, and OK again. Then close the Global Setup window.
Note: You'll still need to manually file any forms that showed this error before the fix. All forms completed from this point forward should auto-file correctly.
