Setting Patient Communications Options

YAPI makes custom communication with each patient a breeze by allowing two different options for updating the patient's preferred communication via the Dashboard when the patient is checked in, or from the patient finder:

From the Dashboard

*Works for checked-in patient*

  1. Right click on the patient's avatar

  2. Locate the Communication option under the patient's name 

  3. Select Set Communication Options

  4. Add or remove the form of communication you wish to change

Patient Finder

  1. Open the Patient Finder and search for a patient

  2. Left click on the patient's name

  3. Locate the Communication option under the patient's name 

  4. Select Set Communication Options

  5. Add or remove the form of communication you wish to change
