Knowing the medical conditions of your patients allows you to accommodate their health care requirements and is a critical aspect of your practice. YAPI covers that need by giving you control over collecting and managing that data.
When you need to add or remove conditions, please follow these steps:
- Start the YAPI dashboard.
- Select the Tools icon.
- Go to Administrative Tools > Lists and select the Medical Conditions option.
- Check items to make them visible.
- Uncheck items to remove them from the choices.
You can modify any text field by double-clicking, but we strongly suggest making any such changes as they can affect existing forms that have already used the former data.
