Marking a Patient Called in Recall
Click on the Recall Icon; then select the Recall Due option
- Click on the Get button to retrieve the list of patients with recall alerts
- Find the patient you are attempting to call and click in the area the Phone column
In the pop-up box, type any applicable notes for future reference and click the Ok button
Now under the "V" column, there will be a phone icon
If you hover your cursor over the phone icon you can see any notes that have been made in the past.
