Marking a Patient Called in Recall


  1. Click on the Recall Manager Icon Recall Icon; then select the Recall Due option

  2. Click on the Get button to retrieve the list of patients with recall alerts
  3. Find the patient you are attempting to call and click in the area the Phone column
  4. In the pop-up box, type any applicable notes for future reference and click the Ok button

  5. Now under the "V" column, there will be a phone icon

  6. If you hover your cursor over the phone icon you can see any notes that have been made in the past.
