Adding & Removing Forms: Online Packages

  1. Click on the wrenchIcon.jpgWrench Icon and select Manage Documents and Templates

  2. Go to the Online tab

  3. Click on the Get button to bring up your list of available online documents, then click on the Packages button

  4. Select the existing package you wish to alter then select the OK button

  5. The forms listed in the box to the right are currently present in your online package

    1. To add a form to the package, select the available form on the left, then click the right arrow. You will now see the form in the package list

    2. To remove a form from the package, select the form in the package list to the right, then click on the left arrow to remove the form. The form will no longer be present in the package list

  6. Click on the Save button to create the changes and bring up the package links
