Medical Conditions (Medical Alerts) were updated in Practice Management Software but iPad form still shows old alerts

YAPI synchronizes Medical Conditions (Medical Alerts) with the Practice Management Software (e.g., Eaglesoft, Dentrix, OpenDental, etc) once a day when housekeeping occurs (typically 9 pm every night). 

To force YAPI to re-synchronize Medical Conditions with PMS, click the Tools section (the briefcase icon tools.png) at the top of YAPI Dashboard, then select Administrative Tools > Lists > Reset Lists. The lists will synchronize and your Medical Conditions list will be updated!
