What Are The Requirements For Setting Up My Practice Online Portal?

In order to get started with your Practice Online Portal (POP), make sure you have the following established:

  1. You are on our latest billing platform; ChargeBee. If you are still using PayPal or ACH bank transfers and need to migrate. To find out what platform you’re on, please get in touch with our Billing department to assist you. Read How to Contact YAPI Customer Service or Support.

  2. You are on the latest YAPI version which is currently 1.4.387.1 Not sure what YAPI version your Practice is on? Read, What YAPI version is my practice on? to find out and contact support to upgrade your YAPI.
