Resetting Your Practice Online Portal (POP) Account Password
If you've lost or forgotten your password to YAPI's Practice Online Portal (POP) or you just need to change it, you can reset it by following the steps below.
Note: If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your POP account, you won't be able to reset your password. Speak with a POP user at your practice who has Admin or Super Admin privileges so they can send you an invite to set up a new account with a new email address you can access. If you are the only member of your team that uses POP, contact Customer Support so we can do this for you.

Resetting Your POP Password
Navigate to the POP login page and click Don't remember your password?
Enter the email address you use to sign into POP and click Send Email:
Go to your email inbox and find the email we sent with the subject “YAPI Online Portal Password Reset." Then, click the link within the email:
Tip: If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your Junk, Spam and any other filtered folders (like the the Social or Promotions tabs in Gmail).
Enter your new password twice and then click the arrow button:
Sign into POP with your updated password.
