Ready-to-send email templates help you engage with your patients quickly and easily -- and you don't have to spend time crafting the perfect email! YAPI comes with several templates pre-loaded (like our End of Year Use It or Lose It email), but you can download additional templates for free from our Template Library including newsletters, helpful tips, and seasonal messages.
Follow our instructions below to download and import additional email templates to send to your patients.

Step 1: Downloading an Email Template
Navigate to our Templates Library.
Note: You must be a registered Help Center user to access the template links above. Use the Sign In button in the upper right corner of the Help Center and sign in using Facebook, Google, or the Sign Up link.
Browse our categories and click to preview the template you want to download.
When a new page loads showing you what the template looks like, scroll to the bottom. Click the orange template name to automatically download it to your computer.
Step 2: Importing the Template into YAPI
From the YAPI Dashboard, click Setup & Manage and select Manage Documents and Templates.
When prompted, enter your YAPI password.
In the Manage Documents and Templates window that pops up, click Import.
Find the .zip file you downloaded. Select it, then click Open.
When a prompt pops up asking if you want to continue, click Yes.
Locate your template in the list and double-click it. When a prompt pops up asking if you want to make the template available in YAPI, click Yes.
