Once your Appointment Reminders are set up, YAPI can send your practice emails each evening after housekeeping showing which reminders went out that day:
This email sends to the addresses listed for Appointment Confirmation/Requests and for the YAPI Administrator in the Practice Tab of Global Setup. By default, this setting is enabled but you can disable or re-enable it any time you like with the instructions below.
From the YAPI Dashboard, click Setup and Manage and select Global Setup.
When prompted, enter your YAPI password.
Within the Global Setup window, click the Reminders tab.
Click the Edit button under More Options.
Check Email Practice Reminders Log to receive a daily log of all reminders that YAPI sent; uncheck the box to not receive this email.
Click OK, then Save and close the Global Setup window.
