Getting Access to POP
Before using POP for the first time, the feature must be activated for your practice. Please contact our Customer Support Team to gain access and set up an Administrator login.
Once POP is activated and a Super Admin has been established, the Super Admin User will handle the addition of further users. A user's email and mobile phone number are all that are required for establishing an account.
Logging In & Out of POP
To Login, do the following:
Open a web browser and go to yapipop.com
On the login screen that appears, enter your email/username and password, then click the LOG IN button.
To Logout, do the following:
Click on the Profile icon , found in the top right corner of the screen.
A drop-down menu will appear. Click on the Logout menu item.

POP on a Tablet
Tapping on the icon on the top-left opens the navigation pane and tapping on any area outside the pane closes it.

The icon enables you to either edit user details or log out.
