Practice Online Portal - Getting Started
Getting Access to POP
Before using POP for the first time, the feature must be activated for a practice. For more information on this process, please read the article Activating the YAPI Practice Online Portal.
Once POP is activated and a Super Admin has been established, the Super Admin User will handle the addition of further users. A user's email and mobile phone number are all that is required for establishing an account.
Logging In & Out of POP
To Login, do the following:

Open a web browser and go to yapipop.com

On the login screen that appears, enter your email/username and password, then click the LOG IN button.
To Logout, do the following:

Click on the Profile icon
, found in the top right corner of the screen.

A drop-down menu will appear. Click on the Logout menu item.

POP on Mobile
The Navigation Pane on mobile is collapsible. Tapping on the hamburger icon on the top-left opens the navigation pane and tapping on any area outside the pane closes it.
Profile Menu
On the right-hand side of the top bar is the Profile Menu ( circle with a silhouette of a person icon).
When you click on the icon, a drop-down appears with options that allow you to do 2 things:
- View user details
- Log out of user session
