Sending an Email Blast to Patients Past Due on their Recall

Being able to message patients past due for upcoming check-ups and cleanings doesn't have to be a hassle. With the built-in feature introduced in the Recall Manager, patients that are deemed past due can be introduced as a copyable report and can be used for an Email Blast. 

The following article will show how to proceed with using the Recall Past Due patients for an Email Blast. 

Accessing the Recall Past Due Window


  1. To open the Email Recall Due window, open the YAPI Dashboard. 

  2. At the top of the Dashboard, click on the Recall Manager 2019-11-25_11-16-22.png button.

  3. From the dropdown, click on the Recall Past Due option. 

Sending the Email Blast

  1. To populate the patient list, click on the Get button at the bottom-right corner of the Recall Past Due window. 


  2. Once the list is populated, the Copy button at the bottom of the window will be clickable. Click on the Copy button to save the Recall Past Due list for an Email Blast. 


  3. Exit out of the Recall Past Due window, then proceed to the Mail Blast window found in the Online 2019-11-25_12-37-05.png button. When prompted for a password enter the YAPI administrator password.


  4. At the bottom of the Email Blast window will be a checkbox for using Reports with the copied report type being visible. Click on the From Report checkbox, then click the OK button at the bottom-right corner of the window.

The templates used will vary depending on the purpose or customization introduced prior to the Email Blast.
