Phone Assistant 2.0 Task Scheduler
To ensure that Phone Assistant 2.0 starts on the workstation without manually launching, a Task Scheduler must be applied to have the executable for Phone Assistant startup when the user logs in. To setup Task Scheduler for Phone Assistant 2.0, do the following:

Click on the Start button
on the bottom-left corner of the screen.

Click on the Search option and search for the Task Scheduler.

Within the Task Scheduler window, click on Create Basic Task on the right-hand side.

In the Create Basic Task Wizard, type in Phone Assistant 2.0 into the Name field. Introduce a Description if necessary. Click Next to continue.

Click on the When I log on option to allow Phone Assistant to start once a user logs in to the workstation. Click Next to continue.

Click on Start a program, then click the Next button to continue.

Click on the Browse button and search via the following:
Local Path: C:\Users\*******\AppData\Local\Roaming\YAPI_PHAS\app\PHAS.exe
(Replace ******* with the user that was used to install Phone Assistant 2.0.)
Click on the Next button to continue.

A window confirming the configuration options applied. If they are correct, click on the Finish button.
