Using YAPI's ASAP List to Fill Last Minute Openings
When a patient schedules their next appointment with you, they may ask to be seen sooner if an appointment becomes available. In that case, you can mark the appointment as ASAP (in Dentrix or Open Dental) or Sooner if Possible (in Eaglesoft) and that patient will show on your ASAP List within YAPI. You can then use the ASAP List to easily contact patients when you have a last-minute opening in your schedule. Read our guide below to find out how.
Tip: You can also use your ASAP List to fill broken appointments using Smart Fill in YAPI's Practice Online Portal! To learn more about using this feature see our article Introduction to Smart Fill.
