Need to make a change to your current active reminders but don't know which reminder to work with? The Reminders tab for YAPI includes a method to make direct changes to active reminders without having to search for them in the Documents and Templates section. This will make sure that important information is being updated correctly on the templates that are currently in use.
The following article will show how to access the template editor in the Reminders section and will have resources related to each template type.

How to Access Reminders within YAPI
From the YAPI Practice Dashboard, click on the Setup and Manage button, then click the Global Setup option.
A password request will prompt, type "password" into the field if the password has not been configured, then click OK.
From the Global Setup window, click on the Reminders tab.
Editing Active Reminders
The list of currently active reminder templates will be found in both the Appointment reminders via email section and the Appointment reminders via mobile text section.
Hover over the Arrow button for the template that needs to be edited. Clicking the Arrow button will allow the user to change to another template if necessary. Ctrl-Click the Arrow button to open the Template editor for the selected reminder.
Depending on whether the Email or Mobile Template is being used for editing, the editor will be different for each scenario. A dedicated article explaining how to create and edit each template can found below:
