Changing Your Dashboard Avatars
When patients are checked into the YAPI Dashboard, YAPI randomly assigns them an avatar: an image of a character that represents a person. While the Dashboard defaults to our "Classic" set of avatars, you can choose a different set to best fit the season or your practice's aesthetic. Follow the steps below to change the avatars that YAPI randomly assigns to patients in your Dashboard.
Note: Specific avatars cannot be assigned to individual patients and avatars cannot be replaced with patient photos. To view a patient's photo, click on their avatar, then click the Reveal Photo icon at the bottom of their room. (You may need to click the menu icon at the bottom of the room to access the Reveal Photo icon.)
