Practice Online Portal - Version 1.11.7

Bug Fixes
General Bugs Resolved
- When attempting to add the Smart Scheduling widget code to a practice website, the widget would fail to display correctly. The Smart Scheduling > Generate Widget tool was missing a character when generating code (specifically the var URL string) and is now fixed to copy and paste the widget code into a practice website with no issue.
Open Dental Bugs Resolved
- There was a discrepancy between available appointment slots in Open Dental and YAPI POP's Appointment Availability tool. This issue has been fixed. Patients can now see an accurate schedule that matches the Open Dental scheduling when booking an appointment. The Schedule Availability Tool can be found in POP within the Smart Scheduling section under Settings.
Eaglesoft Bugs Resolved
- Some clients were seeing inactive providers display as available in Smart Scheduling. This issue has been fixed and any schedule (including custom hours) should work as expected.
Practice Dashboard - Version 1.9.10
There are no new features or enhancements in this version update.
Bug Fixes
General Bugs Resolved
- Some practices experienced missing data or blank fields when they used an iPad to send documents back to the Practice Dashboard. This issue has been fixed. The cause of this issue was related to work we did in a previous release to enhance the performance of the PDF processor; those changes have been removed in order to address the issue.
