To use YAPI's Text Forwarding After Hours or Only on Business Days features, you need to set your Office Schedule in Global Setup first. Read on to see how to edit your Office Schedule and how it affects these features.

Editing Your Office Schedule
From the YAPI Dashboard, click Setup and Manage and select Global Setup.
When prompted, enter your YAPI password.
In the Practice tab of the Global Setup window that pops up, view or adjust your practice's weekly schedule and holidays in the Office Schedule section. Uncheck the box next to the days of the week that your office is closed.
- Click Save.
How Your Office Schedule Affects YAPI Features
Text Forwarding After Hours - If Text Forwarding After Hours is enabled, YAPI forwards all texts to the selected email and/or mobile number any time outside of office hours and on selected holidays.
Only on Business Days Setting - If the Only on Business Days setting is enabled for Appointment Reminders, YAPI won't send text reminders on selected holidays or on any day of the week your practice is closed.
