Setting Appointment Reminders to Send Only on Business Days
YAPI gives you the flexibility of sending appointment reminders any day of the week or only on business days, whichever works best for you and your patients. YAPI is automatically set up to send reminders every day, but you can set text reminders to send only on business days with the instructions below.

Enabling the Only on Business Days Setting

From the YAPI Dashboard, click Setup and Manage and select Global Setup.

When prompted, enter your YAPI password.

From the Global Setup window, click the Reminders tab.

At the top of the pink Appointment reminders via mobile section, check the Only on business days checkbox.
- Click Save.
Note: Business and non-business days are based on the Office Schedule setting in the Practice tab of YAPI's Global Setup. To access and edit your Office Schedule, see Editing Your Office Schedule in YAPI.
