YAPI Pay - Emailing Patients a Receipt

There may be times when a patient doesn't opt to email themselves a copy of their YAPI Pay payment receipt, then calls the office later to request a copy. Use the instructions below to email a patient a receipt of their YAPI Pay payment.

Emailing Patients a Receipt


  1. Log in to your Practice Online Portal, then from the navigation pane click YAPI Pay.
  2. Select Complete Payments.
  3. Find the patient you need to send the receipt to by scrolling or using the search and/or filters. 
  4. Clickmceclip0.png next to the patient you want to email.
  5. Enter an email address at the Email Receipt prompt and click SendThe Latest Activity column updates to show that the receipt was resent.
