There may be times when a patient doesn't opt to email themselves a copy of their YAPI Pay payment receipt, then calls the office later to request a copy. Use the instructions below to email a patient a receipt of their YAPI Pay payment.

Emailing Patients a Receipt
- Log in to your Practice Online Portal, then from the navigation pane click YAPI Pay.
- Select Complete Payments.
- Find the patient you need to send the receipt to by scrolling or using the search and/or filters.
- Click next to the patient you want to email.
- Enter an email address at the Email Receipt prompt and click Send. The Latest Activity column updates to show that the receipt was resent.
