YAPI keeps a permanent record of all outgoing texts sent to patients. You can view a patient's individual text log by following the instructions below. If you want to see the text log for all your patients for the last several days, see Viewing the Text Message Log for All Patients instead.

Viewing the Patient's Text Log
From the YAPI Dashboard, click Patients , then select Patient Finder.
Type the patient's last name into the Patient Finder window that pops up.
Click the patient's name in the list. From the drop-down, select Communication, then Mobile Text, then Log.
