While YAPI stores the text messages for each patient in their individual text logs indefinitely, you can also view a full list all texts sent and received within the last 7 days. Follow the instructions below to view your practice's text message log.

Viewing the 7-Day Text Message Log
From the YAPI Dashboard, click Communication and select Send a Mobile Text Message.
If the log isn't already showing at the bottom of the the Send a Mobile Text Message window that pops up, click Show Log in the bottom right corner:
