Adding Emojis to Text Messages

A great way to engage your patients is to include emojis in your texts - and YAPI supports codes for 21 emojis on iPhone and Android!  Just add one of the codes below to any outgoing text and your patient will see the emoji when they receive it.

Fun Fact: YAPI already includes two emojis in your automated reminder system!  The automatic text reply to an appointment confirmation contains a thumbs up  and premedicate reminders include a pill:

Adding an Emoji Code to a Text

To send a text that includes an emoji, simply type the code from the list above where you want your emoji to appear:
