Enabling & Disabling Tutorial Mode in the iPad App

If you're new to YAPI or just need a refresher on how to use the iPad app, you can enable Tutorial Mode to learn the basics.  Enabling Tutorial Mode also allows you to use the feature without real patients so you won't affect your team's workflow while you learn.  Follow the directions below to enable Tutorial Mode or to disable it and return to regular app functions.

Enabling Tutorial Mode

  1. Open the YAPI app on your iPad.

  2. Tap Configuration in the bottom right corner.

  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the Configuration section and locate Tutorial.

  4. Move the toggle next to Tutorial to right so that it's green.

  5. Tap OK, then Save, then OK again.

  6. Force quit the YAPI app and reopen it to start in Tutorial Mode.

 

Disabling Tutorial Mode

  1. With Tutorial Mode open in the YAPI iPad app, tap Configuration in the bottom right corner.

  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the Configuration section and locate Tutorial.

  3. Move the toggle next to Tutorial to left so that it's no longer green.

  4. Tap OK, then Save, then OK again.

  5. Force quit the YAPI app and reopen it to leave Tutorial Mode.
