Finding Your Facebook Page ID for InstaReview

If you want patients to be able to review your practice on Facebook through InstaReview, you'll need to add your practice's Facebook Page ID in your InstaReview settings.  Follow the directions below to find the practice's ID and enter it into your settings.

Finding Your Facebook Page ID

  1. Open an internet browser (like Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox) and navigate to your practice's Facebook page.  Once the page loads, copy the web address (URL).

  2. Now navigate in your web browser to lookup-id.com.

  3. Under Type Your Facebook Profile URL paste the web address of your practice's Facebook page, then click Lookup:

  4. Once the page reloads, scroll down to find your Facebook Page ID:

Entering Your Facebook Page ID in InstaReview Settings

  1. From the YAPI Dashboard, click the Online icon Online.png and select InstaReview, then Setup.

  2. In the pink Facebook Page ID box, enter the Facebook ID you copied above.

  3. Click the Verify button next to the Facebook Page ID and confirm that the correct page pops up in your browser.  Then close the browser.

  4. Click Save, then close the InstaReview setup window.
