Changing Your YAPI Dashboard Password
When our Technical Support team installs YAPI, your installer sets a default YAPI password (also known as your Dashboard password or administrative password) and shares it with you. This password gives your team access to the Dashboard's Global Setup and other features in the Dashboard like your recall setup and Quick KPI report. We recommend you set a new password as soon as possible after installation and you can update your password as frequently as you like. To update your YAPI password, follow the steps below.
Note: For this main YAPI password, there isn't an option for individual logins; it's shared by all members of the team. Also, changing this password doesn't affect access to the Practice Online Portal (POP) or the YAPI iPad app. To change passwords for these features, see Resetting Your Practice Online Portal (POP) Account Password and Changing Your YAPI iPad App Password.
