In YAPI, you can add your practice's logo so it shows on your emails, your online forms, the mobile nanosite for your appointment text reminders, and the nanosite for InstaReview requests.  You just need to import two images of your logo into YAPI, as shown below, and they'll automatically appear within these features.  And if you need to change your logo later, just follow the same steps!

Step 1: Prepping Two Versions of Your Logo

YAPI uses two sizes of your logo - one for online forms, your reminder nanosite, and InstaReview nanosite, and another for outgoing emails.  You need to have both versions ready to add your logo to YAPI:

  • A version that's 640px wide by 100px high, in JPEG or PNG format

  • A version that's 600px wide (any height), in JPEG or PNG format

You can ask the company that created your logo to send you these files or resize the logo yourself using a free image editing program like Pixlr.

Note: If your add your logo as a JPEG file and you want to change the logo later, that new logo will need to be added to YAPI as a JPEG too.  The same goes for PNG files: if you add your logo as a PNG file, any time you change the logo, you'll need to use a PNG file to replace the old version.  If you need, you can use Pixlr to re-save a PNG file as a JPEG and vice versa.
