Setting Your Care Call List to Send Daily to Your Email
If your team uses the YAPI's Care Call List to follow up with patients, you can configure your Global Setup to send the Care Call List to your email each day. Follow the steps below to learn how.

Configuring YAPI to Email You the Care Call List
From the YAPI Dashboard, click Setup & Manage and select Global Setup.
When prompted, enter your YAPI password and click OK.
In the Global Setup window that pops up, navigate to the Reports tab and locate the Care Call section in pink.
Select the Email To checkbox, enter the email address you want your Care Call List sent to each day and the time you want it to send:
Note: The Care Call List can only be sent to one email address. Also, Text, Next Day, and Automatically remove past due records are no longer supported as selections. The emailed version of your Care Call List will always show Care Calls due that same day and will never show Care Calls that weren't completed on previous days.
Optional: Select Don't email empty list if you don't need the Care Call List emailed when there are no Care Calls for that day.
Click Save, then OK.
Check your email each day to view that day's Care Call List:
