Within YAPI, you can view the content of patients' past Routing Slip in your Daily Activity Report. Read the instructions below to find out how.
Note: By default, YAPI only keeps copies of the Daily Activity Report for the past 30 days. If you want to view patient Routing Slip notes beyond 30 days, we recommend pasting them into the patients' notes in Dentrix, Open Dental, or Eaglesoft or changing your settings to keep Daily Activity Reports longer than 30 days.

Viewing Past Routing Slip Notes
To view past notes from a patient's Routing Slip:
From the YAPI Dashboard, click Reports and select Daily Activity Report.
Next to Select Date, click the calendar icon to open the calendar and select the date the patient visited your office.
Click Get to load the Daily Activity Report for that date.
Scroll down to find the entry for your patient's appointment and locate their Routing Slip notes at the bottom of the section.
