Setting an Operatory to Out of Service

If you ever need to temporarily shut down an operatory at your practice, you can also shut down use of that operatory in the YAPI Dashboard, reminding your team that it's not available and preventing them from moving patients there.  Follow the instructions below to set an operatory to "Out of Service" and set it back to in-service when you're ready.

Note: These steps don't remove the operatory from your Dashboard.  To hide the operatory, see Customizing the Dashboard Layout.  To completely remove the operatory from everyone's workstation, follow the directions in Adding, Deleting, & Renaming Rooms in the Dashboard.
