Viewing Text Message History Using the Practice Online Portal (POP)

With the use of the Practice Online Portal (POP), you can view text message history across your entire practice. This provides an easy access point to search and review text messages sent or received. Follow this step-by-step process to access your text message history on the Practice Online Portal.

Viewing Text Message History

  1. Login to the Practice Online Portal.

  2. Click on the Text Messages button on the left menu of the Practice Online Portal.


  3. The Text Messages page displays messages for all patients, and up to 200 messages from the past 7 days. Click on a row to view text message history for a specific patient's phone number.


  4. Read the text history for the selected patient using the Patient Record screen.  


You now know how to access text message history from YAPI across your entire practice! Messages update in real-time on the Practice Online Portal, so as patients reply you will see their responses as soon as they are received.
