Setting Which Types of Messages Show on Your Workstation
Using Yapi Leap (our new web app)? 🤔 In that case, looks like you're in the wrong place. Instead, go to the corresponding topic in our
Leap Help Center:
While YAPI can display in-office messages, texts from patients, and notifications of patient movement in the Dashboard, we know that each team member's role is different - so your message settings should be different too! In YAPI's Local Setup, you can easily customize each workstation so it receives only the messages that are relevant to the team members working there. To configure which types of messages each workstation receives, follow the steps below.
Note: By default, workstations are configured to receive all types of messages except patient texts and YAPI system messages. If these are the settings you want and you've just installed YAPI on your workstation, you don't need to make any changes.
