Changing Daily Huddle Report Settings
The Daily Huddle is an interactive report that shows a full view of your practice's day including your schedule. If you want, you can change whether appointment notes and specific providers display on the schedule portion of the Daily Huddle Report by following the instructions below.

Disabling & Enabling Appointment Notes from Your PMS
By default, any notes you've added in a patient's Appointment Notes in Dentrix, Open Dental, or Eaglesoft appear on the Daily Huddle Report:
If you want to disable this setting so Appointment Notes don't show (or reenable it if you've turned them off):

From the YAPI Dashboard, click Setup and Manage and select Global Setup.

When prompted, enter your YAPI password and click OK.

In the Global Setup window, navigate to the Reports tab.

In the blue Daily Huddle Report section:

To Remove Appointment Notes from the Huddle: Deselect Include PMS Appointment Notes:

To Show Appointment Notes on the Huddle: Select Include PMS Appointment Notes:

Click Save, then OK.
Selecting Which Providers Appear on the Report
If you only want appointments for specific providers to appear on the Daily Huddle Report:

From the YAPI Dashboard, click Setup and Manage and select Global Setup.

When prompted, enter your YAPI password and click OK.

In the Global Setup window, navigate to the Reports tab:

In the blue Daily Huddle Report section, choose either Exclude Providers or Include Providers (not both) - whichever is easiest for you:

Excluding Providers: To exclude the appointments for specific providers, select Exclude Providers. Then, click the double arrow >> button. In the Providers window, select the checkboxes next to the providers you DON'T want to show on the Daily Huddle Report and click Ok.

Including Providers: To choose which providers you want to appear on the Daily Huddle Report, select Include Providers. Then, click the double arrow >> button. In the Providers window, select the checkboxes next to the providers you DO want to show on the Daily Huddle Report and click Ok.

Click Save, then OK.
Settings That Are No Longer Supported
In Global Setup, two settings for the Daily Huddle Report are no longer changeable. Selecting or deselecting these do not affect the report:
Include PMS Patient Notes and Alerts - Patient notes and alerts added manually in Dentrix, Open Dental, and Eaglesoft don't appear on the Daily Huddle Report. (Though YAPI Patient Alert icons always appear on the report.)
Include YAPI Patient Notes - Adding and editing patient notes in YAPI is no longer supported.
