By default, patients are set to "Not Ready" when checked into the YAPI Dashboard, allowing you to check patients in and then set them to Ready when it's time for them to go back for treatment. If you want, though, you can change this so that patients are automatically set to "Ready" upon check-In. To learn how, check out the steps below.

Setting Patients as Automatically Ready Upon Check-In
From the YAPI Dashboard, click Setup and Manage and select Global Setup.
When prompted, enter your YAPI password and click OK.
In the Global Setup window that appears, navigate to the Options tab:
In the tan Check-in section, locate the Set patient not ready when arrived option and deselect it:
Click Save, then OK. Patients checked into the Dashboard from the point forward will now be automatically set to Ready and their avatars will appear in color.
