Disabling Automatic "Clean Up Needed" Alerts for Operatories
By default, when a patient is moved from a Dashboard operatory to the Check-Out Area, that operatory is automatically set to Out-of-Service, the room flashes, and YAPI sends out a Broadcast message that a cleanup is needed in that room.
If you want to disable this feature, though, you can turn it off by following the steps below.

From the YAPI Dashboard, click Setup and Manage and select Global Setup.

When prompted, enter your YAPI password and click OK.

In the Global Setup window that appears, navigate to the Options tab:

In the tan Check-out section, locate the Put operatory "Out-Of-Service" option and deselect it:

Click Save, then OK.
