Importing Frequently Used PDFs for Attaching to Emails
YAPI comes pre-loaded with several helpful PDFs like post-op instructions and facts sheets that you can attach to emails you send from YAPI, but you can also import your own PDFs for the same purpose. That way, you don't have to go searching for a file when you need to send it as an attachment - it's easily selectable in YAPI! Below, you'll learn how to import your frequently-used PDFs into YAPI as well as how to import additional free PDFs from our Forms Library.
Important! PDFs are meant to be used in YAPI as email attachments, NOT forms. If you want to include a link to an online form in an email template, you must find the form link and add it into the email template itself. If you need a custom form created, you can create it in the YAPI'S Form Builder or submit a request for our team to create one for you.
